Privacy

This site is run by the Emporia High School Lady Spartan Basketball team and its booster volunteers for players, families, and staff.

What we keep

• The email address you sign in with, so we can check it against the team's approved list.
• The contact details the team already has on file for your family (shown to you on your Profile page).
• Change requests and photos you choose to submit, along with who submitted them.

How it is used

Only to run this site and the team: signing you in, sharing team documents and photos with approved members, and keeping team records current. We do not sell or share your information, show ads, or use tracking cookies. The only cookie keeps you signed in.

Team documents, photos, and family contact details are visible only to signed-in, approved members and team admins. The public home page shows names, jersey numbers, grades, and headshots of players and staff.

Google Drive

Team files live in the team's own Google Drive. The site connects to that one team account to list files and to save photos that members submit. It never accesses any member's personal Google account.
